Tender description

The Service Provider will deliver demand-led automation services. This includes managing the transition from attended to unattended automation, delivering and integrating automation projects in line with the Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence framework, and ensuring seamless reporting and management. Lot 1: The requirement is for the supplier to complete: - Discovery/process assessment - Build, test and deploy to live environment with associated hypercare using Intelligent Automation platforms and technology. - The delivery will incorporate system and user acceptance testing. - Associated project documentation and handover will be finalised to the agreed quality criteria. - Solutions will integrate effectively with the operational environment and comply with the Digital Service Standard and make effective use of platforms and other shared assets and experience within Scottish Government..
