Waiver requested to continue the following: 20 units of supported accommodation for former rough sleepers with high-risk complex needs, in Rogers Court. 24/7 support provided by SMART to assist people resident to achieve their goals with the aim of independent living or other move on options based on the need of the residents. Use recognised support tools and techniques. The service has been operating since mid-2021, and will be reviewed during the requested extension period, along with other rough-sleeping specialist services
