Tender description

The nature of the Works is the replacement of existing Windows for Maryborough Elderly Care Facility (Ground floor) and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAHMS) on first floor at St. Fintans Hospital, Portlaoise as set out in the works requirements drawing and specifications at St Fintans Hospital. The remedial works include the repointing of the External Facade to parts of the buildings and the refurbishment of the existing Rainwater Downpipes. All works to be completed within an existing live setting. The site is located at St. Fintans Hospital, Portlaoise (South Wing), as indicated on the Tender drawings.
