Professional search for Senior/Recruitment and difficult to fill vacancies

Tender description

The Council wishes to engage a professional search and recruitment service to ensure that it recruits the best talent for senior management along with the ‘hard to fill’ posts that are of a highly specialised nature. The Council has also been operating with a number of current senior manager roles at tier 2 and tier 3 being filled on an interim basis only and is now at the stage of addressing this through the creation of a new permanent leadership team firstly at tier 2, (Director posts) followed with the creation of a permanent team at tier 3 (assistant director posts) at the appropriate time. This will focus on new job descriptions and leadership responsibilities with expectations of joint senior accountability. The council would seek to revert to the successful Consultants for a period of two years (with the possibility of extension of one year), subject to budget permissions for further difficult to fill positions.
