Market Engagement - Social Impact Framework

We want to hear from organisations that deliver services with a social impact - that is, services which create positive change for people and communities. These go beyond meeting immediate needs, focusing instead on improving lives, reducing inequalities, and strengthening communities. Examples include support for employment, mental health, homelessness prevention, or improving access to green spaces. This pre-market engagement will help us understand the range of services currently available and shape a framework that is practical, accessible, and easy to use for both buyers and suppliers. The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (the Hub) is developing a clear and flexible route for public sector bodies, including the NHS, to commission high-quality services that address the wider determinants of health – such as education, employment, and community safety. This market engagement will help us to: • Understand the services you offer. • Identify barriers that may prevent you from using the framework. • Ensure the framework is suitable for organisations of all sizes. • Strike the right balance between national consistency and local flexibility. This is not a formal tender or contract opportunity. Taking part in this engagement does not guarantee any future contract or competitive advantage.
