Roofing Repair at 29 Kinghorne Road, Dundee Lot 1: a)Strip existing roof covering and remove from site. b) Strip existing battens, counter battens, roof membrane and woodwool board and remove from site. c) Remove existing gutters and fascias. d) Remove existing roof vent pipes below roof level. e) Remove existing fascias. f) Remove existing lead flashings. g) Supply and install new roofing system including ventilation, flashings, drainage etc in accordance with project drawings and specification. h) Roof installation and ventilation to conform to current building standards and roof material manufactures instructions. i) Repoint chimney brickwork and replace capping stones. j) Appoint Gas Safe Engineer to inspect and carry out any required works to flues and complete safety checks following roof works.
