GB-Sheffield: Finance Innovation Lab - horizon scanning

Tender description

We need to carry out a horizon-scanning baselining exercise of sustainability-related factors that may be relevant to the Bank's achievement of its strategic objectives and to its financial performance. The Financial Innovation Lab produces a report on UK financial sector policy that is updated monthly. In producing the report, the Lab monitors a wide range of sources of information and analysis. We would be commissioning a bespoke one-off report, based on the FSP Forward Look, that: • Allows BBB to make use of the contents for commercial purposes • Identifies issues that: • may impact directly on BBB • are most relevant to BBB's customers, namely UK smaller businesses, start-ups and venturebacked growth companies • may impact on the ability of non-deposit-taking small and medium sized financial institutions (SME FIs) to provide finance to the Bank's customers • Evaluates the identified issues in terms of the potential extent and likelihood of impacts Additional information: This has been procured in line with the banks financial instruction
