Tender description

Bath Spa University (BSU) has appointed a consultancy to undertake a building condition survey (the survey) of its Newton Park, Locksbrook Road and Sion Hill campuses. The survey provides BSU with a condition rating for each building to allow accurate and auditable reporting for internal purposes.
