The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider to investigate the capacity for further improvement in the energy performance of new non-domestic buildings. Lot 1: The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Building Standards – Energy Standards Research Project. The aim of this research project is to assess and identify the potential for further improvement in energy performance for new non-domestic buildings set via standard 6.1 (Energy demand) and supporting guidance with the Scottish Government’s Building Standards Technical Handbooks..
