This Open tender exercise is undertaken in order to appoint suitably qualified supplier(s) under a framework agreement. This scope of the framework agreement is the provision of Roofing and Render repairs 2025-2028 to enable the delivery the cyclical/capital works programme to maintain our Assisted Living Housing Developments located across Scotland Lot 1: Roofing Pitched / Tiled4 Lot 1 – Roofing Pitched / tiled (encompasses regions: (1)West Coast, (2)East Coast, (3)Perthshire And Dundee) A number of amenity development sites require roof repairs to the building including partial and full roof replacements. The Lot 1 Specification for Roofing Pitched / Tiled sets out the full expected requirement. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Flat roofs Lot 2 – Flat roofs(encompasses regions: (1)West Coast, (2)East Coast, (3)Perthshire And Dundee) A number of amenity development sites require roof repairs to the building including partial and full roof replacements. The Lot 2 Specification for Flat Roofs sets out the full expected requirement. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Render Lot 3 – Render (encompasses regions: (1)West Coast, (2)East Coast, (3)Perthshire And Dundee) A number of amenity development sites require render repairs to the building including partial and full render works.
