Tender description

This task requires delivery of the service requirements set out below. It is expected that the service needs the equivalent of 2 full time equivalents for 5 weeks, with leadership support across the duration. Review the end to end delivery of the Estates and FM Capital Programme to include the following - Initiation of project and workflow through respective teams into and through the PMO to hand over - PMO oversight - Cross division staffing structure including supply chain and internal delivery partners to deliver programme - Recent audit - Project constraints - planning, ground conditions, landlord consent, procurement - Interdependencies with other teams and directorates - HR, DS and Commercial and Procurement - Associated meetings - Project and Programme Boards, Prioritisation meeting, Property Strategy Steering Grp - Communication and interaction with business particularly Operations - Governance, decision making, audit trail and record keeping - Managing risk / Opportunities to derisk / formal review and change control - Reporting - Project Management system - Training and Development - Opportunities to optimise specific roles - Roles and responsibilities
