Single Party Framework for a 2-year period for a consultant to provide Fully Managed Support Services - Galway City Partnership

Galway City Partnership GCP is currently reviewing its IT Systems to ensure that they are fit for purpose to deliver the organisation’s strategy. This review has identified the need to overhaul and simplify its IT systems and architecture. Specifically, it intends to adopt a cloud-first policy in support of its aim of incorporating remote working activities and reducing dependence on paper files. The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement. This single-party framework seeks an experienced Managed Service Provider to manage a number of Support Services for a period of 2 years. GCP reserves the right to extend the Term for two further periods, each of up to twelve months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations.
