Tender description

PoMH intends to appoint a Principal Lead Contractor with a single point of responsibility, for the construction and Mechanical and Electrical services to carry out a full renovation of the S Shed for PoMH office staff in line with the provided drawings and specifications.The successful contractor will be required to input into the design during the detailed design process and enter into an NEC3 Contract for this purpose.
