Tender description

The Council own and operate Shrub Hill Industrial Estate and as part of its redevelopment is seeking to refurbish Isaac Maddox House. The Council have worked with Building Surveyors to provide the design and specification of the refurbishment. The disciplines include Architect, M&E, Structural, Principle designer, Project Management and Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying This procurement is for the next stage of that design and specification to allow tenders to be sort for the refurbishment works. Awarded via the SCAPE Consultancy Built Environmental framework
