Glamping Site Development Groundworks. The scope of work includes: Groundworks: Preparation of the site, leveling, excavation, and gravel base layers for Pods as specified in the Site Layout Plan. Electrical Works: Connection to the existing ESB supply and installation of electrical systems for the pods and welfare pod. Sewage Works: Installation of a wastewater treatment system, including tertiary treatment and polishing filters, as detailed in the Site Assessment report. Landscaping: Planting of native trees, construction of paths, and preparation of a gravel parking area. Road Resurfacing: Resurfacing and upgrading a 200-meter access road leading to the site.
