Phase A Enabling Works is associated with the demolition of the existing Technology Centre building to allow construction of the new Digital Nexus Building. The works include; demolishing the full building, grubbing up of the foundations, the removal, diversion and or capping off to the services & service ducts and finally leaving the site safe and level.
