Procurement Managed Service.<br/>via F15008, Lot 3 – Procurement Services Lot 1: High level deliverables will cover the below areas-<br/><br/>• Procurement - structuring and running of complex procurements to implement the NHP Commercial Strategy.<br/>• Post contract commercial management – commercial services to manage live contracts (NHP operations and cohort/trust focussed).<br/>• Governance and Assurance – day to day procurement governance and assurance and working in collaboration with the spending controls team.<br/>• Market Engagement and Supply Chain – support in pre procurement and strategic engagement activities, lead supplier relationship management activities and <br/>• Specialist advice and expertise in areas such as commercial modelling, incentivisation models, and social value and sustainability<br/>• Development and delivery of strategic stakeholder management.<br/>• Delivery Portfolio – portfolio programme management, providing support to the scheme Trusts.<br/>• Overall management of service delivery and output related to statement of works and provision of project management support to the delivery team.
