The selected vendor will provide an integrated booking solution that enhances visitor experiences, improves operational efficiency, and supports revenue growth. Key requirements include multi-channel sales (online, onsite, trade partners), API connectivity for reseller integration, reporting tools, customer relationship management (CRM), and support for gift vouchers and retail add-ons. The system must also be scalable to accommodate future sites and adaptable to industry needs, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term sustainability.
