The Client is seeking at least 2 suppliers to cover the Response Maintenance, Adaptations and Void’s Works. The scope of the service includes Responsive day to day repairs including emergency callouts during the working day, disrepair works, Out of Hours Emergency callouts, Void Property Works including void Inspections and Adaptations.
