Tender description

The Council have served an urgent works notice on the owners of Norris castle setting out the works the Council will be undertaking to safeguard these nationally important buildings should the owner fail to do so. The schedule of urgent works has been prepared by Oxley Conservation. Richard Oxley is conservation accredited, familiar with the site and the works proposed. Oxley Conservation provide the expertise and experience required to oversee the works that will be undertaken by the Council, should the owner fail to complete them.
