Request for Information (RFI) - Language Services

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of spoken (foreign language) and non-spoken interpretation and translation services, and for the translation of foreign language customer documents. We are conducting early market engagement as we are looking to devise the scope of the new DWP contract for Language Services. We are looking toward suppliers in this market to help inform our decision making and would appreciate your views and insight on the services we are looking to procure. We are requesting that suppliers in this market complete a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire and return it to us via email no later than 6pm on 2nd April 2025.
