West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to provide a Merchant Card Acquiring Service to facilitate the receipt, transfer and accounting of incoming payments from cardholder’s present and not present transactions at different Council locations. Lot 1: West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to provide a Merchant Card Acquiring Service to facilitate the receipt, transfer and accounting of incoming payments from cardholder’s present and not present transactions at different Council locations. Cards to be included are: Visa Mastercard The service is to accept card and alternative payment methods either face to face or through eCommerce routes which is required by the Council due to having a cashless system in place.
