Tender description

The works will be carried out in a combination of low rise and high rise properties and will comprise the repair and maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems, Air Handling Units, Automatic Doors, Cold Water Booster Pumps, Cold Water Expansion Vessels, Common Extractor Fans, Disabled Access Systems, Pumps, Dry Risers, Emergency Lights, Emergency Lights and Battaery back up, Expansion Vessels, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Equipment, Intruder Alarms, Lightning Protection, Mansafe/Roof Anchor Systems, Plate Heat Exchangers, Pressurisation Units, Pumps, Smoke Detectors, Smoke Extraction Systems, Smoke Ventilation Solar PV and Warden Call Systems Lot 1: New Gorbals Housing Association is seeking to enter into a Contract with a suitably experienced Contractor for the provision of planned servicing and reactive maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services installations within the Association’s properties as detailed in the ITT document. It is intended that the contract duration will be three years, commencing 1 July 2025. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
