Tender description
Cornwall Council (CC) is conducting a soft market assessment to gain feedback across the private sector for a proposed concession contract to design, build, fund, operate and maintain a deep geothermal district heating network at Langarth Garden Village (LGV), Truro. This is a key opportunity to get involved in the UK’s first deep geothermal heat network serving residential customers, via a concession agreement. Subject to responses received from the market, a procurement will then be undertaken from late June 2025.
