Halton Housing Remedial Repairs to Hot and Cold-Water Systems

Tender description

Halton Housing sought bids from contractors to provide remedial repairs to hot and cold-water systems across their property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial stock. The properties covered by the contract are expected to be within the areas of Runcorn and Widnes, however, the successful service provider may be expected to provide services anywhere within the North West of England, subject to the requirements of Halton Housing. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 12 months. Additional information: Submissions must be via the Delta etender system.
