Tender description
Mini-Tender for Competition under North West Construction Hub Medium Value Construction Framework. GMCA are proposing to undertake a programme of work to redevelop Whitefield fire station with a view to providing modern facilities suitable for the present day requirements of Fire Service Operations. This projects need to achieve BREEAM Excellent as set out in the Employers Requirements, existing survey information can be provided upon request.
