The service will comprise the following core elements of provisions: - Enfield Substance Misuse Recovery Services and where necessary working in partnership to deliver the borough's offer of support for Hidden Harm and Parental Substance Misuse - Young Peoples Substance Misuse Service - Lived Experience of Recovery Organizations (LERO), associated volunteers and Mutual aid groups and FAMA - NHS Trust partnership arrangements - Peer Support and working in partnership with the service user Café - Access to employment via working in partnership with Job Centre Plus as well as Individual Placement Support type schemes Lot 1: This is an intention to award notice pursuant to The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (the 'Regulations'), in accordance with Regulation 9, under Direct Award Process C. Therefore, the notice sets out the contracting authority's intention to directly award a contract to the existing provider up to 5 years for its provision for the Adult Substance Misuse Recovery Service, subject to completion of the 8 working day standstill period. This requirement has been procured in line with said Regulations, following due diligence which has included an evaluation under the requisite Basic Selection Criteria and Key Criteria.
