Tender description

Currently Cornwall Council have approximately 50,000 Building Regulation files stored in premise which is to be re purposed in the future. The files are in a mixture of open racking and boxes. There are 6 separate areas within Cornwall which the files relate to and so this will be a staged project per area. Each file will be prepped scanned and uploaded as 2 sperate files. One folder will be named Application Documents and hold all records pertaining to the application and the second will be named Scanned Plans.
