West Dunbartonshire Council are looking to develop 22 sheltered housing housing with ancillary community and staff space, in a tenement style structure arranged over 4 stories, with dual lift access. The houses have been designed to an accredited Dementia standard and will all be one bed The designs have been developed to RIBA stage 3, with input from architects, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers. Lot 1: This tendering exercise is a mini-competition from The SPA New Build Housing Construction (H2) workstream 1, low rise housing, lot 3, 10-30 units.
