Stonemason tenement restoration works Lot 1: The works comprise: replacing the slates to the pitched roofs, overhauling glazed cupola, the main roof vent housing and access hatches; replacement of the linings to the central tapered gutter and all associated leadwork to watergates, flashings, and chimney backgutters; restoration works to the sandstone elevations along with repair and overhauling of the rainwater goods; chimney stacks to be tap tested, with allowances made for stripping and re-rendering.
