St. Colmans College Fermoy Cork - Roof Replacement and Build Restoration Works to Protected Structure Building

Tender description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified works contractors for the proposed building works contract at St Colman's College Fermoy, Co. Cork. The works comprise of roof replacement and building restoration works (window replacement, stonework repairs and pointing, etc.) to a Protected Structure within a live school site which is to remain operational. Specialist scaffolding will be required for this project and a temporary covered roof system is to be installed. This system need to be flexible to allow new roof trusses and materials to be lifted into place. Refer to the tender documents for full details.
