Tender description

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for Eradication of Dry Rot within the rear corridor at Sowerby Bridge Library. The works will comprise of; Stripping out the existing plaster and wall finishes. Strip out of external and internal joinery including internal and external doors, linings, architraves and skirting. Patch repointing. Various guttering works. New window and door installations. Internal joinery works replacing previously stripped out joinery. Plastering works. Internal decoration of walls and joinery. And Dry Rot Treatment works (to be undertaken by a nominated sub-contractor listed in the SoW). Attendance at a site visit is a condition of this Invitation to Quote. Site visits will be managed through the messaging portal. Response deadline (UK time):
