PS-25-09 - Building Preservation and Dampness Treatment

Tender description

The nature of the works within this contract relate to building preservation and dampness works. The works shall cover all Council domestic housing stock anywhere within East Ayrshire. The contract will incorporate a mixture of Dampness work, timber infestation work as well as prevention and monitor-ing works. The properties involved will be a mixture of both void and tenanted. The works shall be predominantly ordered through the Tenant Safety Team of Housing Asset Services however our Void Property Team and Housing Maintenance Teams will also have access to the contract to allow them to call off work.
