Reactive - responsible for reactive maintenance repair works throughout the Associations’ occupied flats / houses / closes at Various Addresses, Provanhall, Glasgow G34, categorized under the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme as emergency, urgent or routine. Multi Trade Schedules required include: General Building / Builder work; Glazing; Electrical; Communication; 5Joinery; Plumbing; Painting & Decorating; Plastering; Roofing & Roughcasting; and Blacksmith & Welding.
