CfT involves CAT 7 Window Replacement Project and minor alterations to Existing National School including all associated works at SCOIL AILBHE National School, PARNELL STREET, THURLES, CO. TIPPERARY, E41 XY10 as per Pricing Schedule of Works. The window replacement project will be tendered with 2 options With Window Ventilation and With Wall Ventilation. Tenderer must demonstrate compliant glass choice with tender return. The Tenderer must demonstrate ventilation compliance through calculations with tender return. The Tenderer must demonstrate compliance with Department of Education Technical Guidance Documents with tender return. Technical Guidance Document 021 1a Summer Works Scheme Window Replacement Primary and Post Primary Schools 1st Edition April 2015. Works on site will start on Wednesday 25th June 2025 and will have to be completed on site, no later, than by COB Tuesday 27th August 2025. The works involve the replacement of a 127 Windows including 2 external doors.
