Tender description

COPFS currently has a contract in place with NVT Group Ltd. Variation 1 is in relation to additional two engineers who will be assigned to the task of rebuilding approximately 150 laptops using existing components Lot 1: COPFS currently has a contract with NVT Group Ltd that provides services carried out by an on-site engineer, integrated into the COPFS Service Desk Team. They will provide an immediate response to any desktop related service calls. The engineering resource needs to be available to travel to any COPFS office during their duties, which may include the Highlands and Islands. COPFS will not provide transport. Variation 1 is in relation to additional 2 x engineers that is required to rebuild approximately 150 laptops using existing components.
