Tender description

The Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement to inform the development of the procurement approach and specification. As part of this engagement, the Council will host an Industry Day on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at Rutland County Council, Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP (arrival 9.30am for a 10.00am start; event closes at approximately 1.00pm). This event will include breakout sessions, allowing suppliers to engage with the Council on a one-to-one basis. This will give organisations the opportunity to share commercially sensitive information in confidence, rather than in an open forum. All information shared during these discussions will be treated as confidential and used solely to inform the development of the Council’s waste management specification. Suppliers interested in attending must complete the Invitation to Industry Day Registration Form and submit it via ProContract (www.eastmidstenders.org) no later than 12 noon on 24th October 2025.
