Tender description

• The deadline for submitting proposals is March 25, 2025, at 15:00 Kyiv time. • All questions regarding the tender conditions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2025, at 18:00 Kyiv time. • All prices must be provided in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) at the exchange rate of 52,7101 • Price proposals must be submitted in Ukrainian. • All tender-related communication must be conducted exclusively in writing via email at pfruprocurement@chemonics.com. • The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country.
