Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Employer Engagement Services

Orkney Islands Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to support the delivery of No-One Left Behind by providing targeted employment engagement and in work support provision to promote and develop inclusive, accessible and sustainable employment opportunities for people identified under No One Left Behind as requiring additional support to move towards fair and sustainable work. The Project will run from April 2025 until March 2027 Lot 1: Working to the principles and value of No-One Left Behind the successful organisations will work with local employability partners and employers to plan, coordinated and deliver inclusive training, learning and employment opportunities for individuals aged 25+ identified within No Left Behind and the Local Employability 3-year delivery plan as facing barriers to accessing fair and sustainable employment. This will include: - Individuals who are unemployed - Individuals with a disability or long-term health condition. - Individuals with care experience - Parents within the 6 priority groups - Individuals with criminal convictions - Individuals affected by homelessness or insecure housing - Individuals without qualifications at SCQF 5 or above - Individuals with a substance related condition Working in partnership with OIC employability team, the service provider will enhance and deliver on stages 4 and 5 of the Employability Pipeline.
