Tender description
The Host and Tumour Profiling Unit (HTPU) currently houses an Innopsys Innoscan 710 AL. This is now at end of life and requires replacement. Lot 1: Competition is absent for technical reasons, but only where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement.
