Moreover, the study will use baseline evidence and the projected needs of emerging growth sectors to translate its findings into a visual, spatial plan. It will identify key sites and locations for intervention to support the corridor's repositioning. This plan will be comprehensive, incorporating several strategic elements and considerations for curating an ideal mix of amenities and uses along the corridor.
