On 3 March 2023, Scottish Government published analysis in support of the draft Energy Strategy and Just Transition plan (ESJTP)This work was also termed Project Ninian. Most of the data in the Ninian analysis was for a baseline year of 2019. Scottish Government are now engaging with external expertise to produce a partial refresh of some of the core offshore oil and gas baseline data sets published in the original Ninian reports, to bring these up to date.
