Amesbury Town Council Cleaning Contract

Amesbury Town Council is responsible for the public conveniences in Central Car Park, Amesbury and the Bowman Centre, Shears Drive Amesbury, additionally it is installing a compostable toilet near to its allotments on Stockport Avenue, Amesbury. We are seeking tenders from competent contractors to ensure that the conveniences at both sites and the Bowman Centre are clean, safe and fully operational throughout the agreed opening times. To ensure that the public conveniences at Central Car Park are cleaned and secured daily (7 days a week) To provide a clean environment for hirers of the Bowman Centre (weekends only) To clean the compostable toilet at Stockport Avenue (weekly) Amesbury Town Council will consider a number of factors when appointing a contractor: Quality of Service - please provide examples of contracts held and references where available. Value for money - the Town Council does not necessarily accept the cheapest tender.
