The Structures Scour Framework is for the removal of materials from a watercourse and from around (or under) a structures foundation by the action of water to examine the condition of the structure and whether any works are required to rectify the findings. This framework will be utilised within Network Rails Structures Engineering and Asset Management Team which includes for all three routes within North West & Central Region.
