Flintshire Housing Support Team are commissioning a supported accommodation project for families who have tenancy support needs. Lot 1: Flintshire Housing Support Team are commissioning a supported accommodation project for families who have tenancy support needs. These families may have a range of support needs which can include Mental Health, Substance Misuse, adverse childhood experiences and trauma. The list is not exhaustive. The project will develop independent living skills so people will be able to move on and manage their own occupation contracts. Support will be flexible, and person centred, but may include things like budgeting, including accessing money advice, developing life skills, achieving safety and security, and accessing other helpful services and opportunities. This contract is for 4 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years
