Tender description

The works include the following: Removal and disposal of vertical cladding and damaged parts of sloped roof cladding. Removal and disposal of all existing roof lights. Replace all existing roof lights, paint roof window upstands Installation of new pressed metal upstands. Resheet sloped roof cladding areas with proposed product, with new ridge capping. Remove and replace stormwater gutters with gutters of similar geometrics, as per specification, including all ancillaries. Plaster masonry walls and ancillaries. New footpath.
