Operation and management of a transitional housing unit and a visiting support service. This type of shared transitional accommodation will provide a secure and stable placement for women as an interim measure with a key focus on exit strategies out of emergency accommodation. The services are defined under the public procurement directive (2014/24/EU) as title III services, on that basis the contracting authority reserves the right to invite qualified tenderers to a negotiation meeting or to make an award decision on foot of the original tenders received.
