Tender description

Provision of professional services of grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, mechanical weeding, spraying / chemical application, soil / grass encroachment redressing, tree maintenance, hedge cutting, litter, leaf and debris clearance, hard area inspection, courtyard maintenance, roads and car park sweeping and bedding plant replacement. Provision of salting and snow clearance services On Occasion and at the Discretion of NHFM additional services in accordance with the specification may be requested. Lot 1: Grounds & Garden Maintenance Provision of professional services of grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, mechanical weeding, spraying / chemical application, soil / grass encroachment redressing, tree maintenance, hedge cutting, litter, leaf and debris clearance, hard area inspection, courtyard maintenance, roads and car park sweeping and bedding plant replacement. Lot 2: Salting & Snow Clearance Professional emergency and winter maintenance service to prevent disruption, delay and risk of injury to staff, patients and general public in the event of inclement seasonal weather such as snow, ice and other events. Ensuring the safe running and minimal disruption to the sites allowing access to site facilities at all times.
