Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Architectural Services and Design Team Services

Beaumont Hospital intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of general architectural services and, when required, the provision of architecturally-led design team services. The appointed design professionals shall undertake general and preliminary design work relating to the construction of new healthcare facilities and/or the amendment of existing healthcare facilities under the control of the Contracting Authority. Design work may be required in connection with a range of construction projects concerning the modification of the Contracting Authority’s campus, including the relocation of existing departments and/or directorates, the construction of extensions to certain areas of the main Hospital building and the renovation of theatres, wards and other live healthcare areas.
