Tender description
The Council is required to appoint a principal contractor to build a 30-bay car park on the former Loftus library site that was demolished in the Autumn 2023. The new car park will be called “Loftus Hall Grounds Car Park”. It is part of the Cabinet approved Loftus Regeneration Masterplan programme.
